I had a alpine for 1 day,and a renault tuning club memeber was driving along with me,we came to a stop at a traficlight side by side......wel we could not resist it.

i'd never even seen or heard of a Renault Alpine until a few weeks ago, but i like them alot already!!

Why on earth a little 150bhp Clio trying to take on a V6 Alpine and hope?

What are the performance differences on paper?

If it aint a turbo then i am really suprised that it pulled away that easy in comparison with the Valver!

Standard Alpine is 157 brake and 1140 Kgs with the Clio 137brake and 980 Kgs!!!

Very unlikely a standard Alpine would leave a Valver for dead........unless the Clio's driver was a complete muppet or too busy videoing

a standard valver always loos against a standard Alpine GTA V6, alpine got a lot more torque.

Its not the bhp that counts...

its a non-turbo alpine v6,the owner had the engine rebuild (or how do you call it) not tuned,but new parts ect..

and a alpine had alot more torque,i also could keep up with a bmw 325 (i think),on the speedway he had troubles losing me

The alpine is the car i want to have,to bad the part are verry expencive

voor example,those glasses in front of the headlights are 500 euro per set,that's about 380 pound

if you wreck the front,the entire nose has to be replaces,not someting you
would like to do,or pay for.
