Ultimate Driving CD

Ive had the idea to collaborate with the group and build what we think to be the ultimate driving CD!

Ive jotted down a few songs that I know I love to drive to - these can be the foundations for the cd. Id like others to add songs and even take mine off! Everyone has their different tastes, but Ive tried to incorperate the popular genres into my choice below!: (in no particular order)

1. Rihanna - Shut up and Drive
2. Darude - Sandstorm
3. Foo Fighters - No Way Back
4. DJ Tiesto - Adagio for Strings
5. Jamiroquai - Cosmic Girl
6. Lost Prophets - Last Train Home
7. Robert Miles - Children
8. Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
9. The Offspring - Million Miles Away

If you dont know any of the songs, pop them into youtube and Im certain you will find a video/performance or something with the music in!

My idea is once we have a full cd of tracks, I can burn them and distribute them out to the members who have contributed so its something we can all enjoy.

Must say, I rarely have the stereo on in my car to be honest........she (my car) has a special kinda music that I prefer to listen to Wink

Any driving CD has to have G N R 'Sweet child o mine' on it Exclamation

hmmmm.....i'll get my thinking cap on though and see if I can come up with a few more tracks Smile

Good idea i will think about it then will post mine, Cant listern to this one as this was the song my best mate had at his funeral but it is still a good track.

prodigy, kids really like voodoo people & spitfire - bonus!

John Marr - Toxic Rhythm

If you haven't got it nor heard it.. then download it... dont know why but makes me drive like a complete arse when i hear it, think its becuase it reminds me of my holiday a few years ago which was ruddy awesome!!!!

im gonna have a right list of songs to download at this rate!!! keep em coming folks I will try and get all the songs together and see how we're doing for space.

Judging by the poll it looks like it is going to be an mp3 cd:

My current favourite disc contains 3 AC\DC albums, 1 Eagles double album, 1 ZZ top double album, 1 Aerosmith double album and some random other tracks.
