Hi all,

I need a new cat for my motor, anyone know where I can get one from at a good price? Renault want £410.39 + VAT for one!!

What cat needs replacing?

I found that mine had 4 on it, 2 up near the manifold and 2 under the car so when i had my exhaust done i had the 2 underneath replaced with 1 performance sports cat, so it went from 2 in to 1 just before the cat and the split at the back for twin exhaust's.

There's only one cat underneath the car on mine, that's the one that needs changing. Not sure if my car has cats near the manifold, I don't think so but i'm not sure.

Anyway, the local garage here are doing it this avo, £136+VAT for the part which is much better
